Just great. Bed Stuy prices have risen 194% which is the largest increase of any metro area in the country. Four years ago, we started a community garden. Almost all the renters who helped start the garden weren't rent stabilized and have (mostly) all left the area. A few of us are still hanging on, but as I feel myself moving out of the area, I assume the rest of us renters in Bed Stuy who started the garden will be gone in a few years. It makes me incredibly sad. - America’s great housing divide: Are you a winner or loser?, The Washington Post
